Directions for Use: Essential Oils are highly concentrated and should be diluted with a carrier oil before being applied directly to the skin or diffused if using for aromatherapy. Depending on the type of carrier oil being used, a general guideline is that 1% to 2% is considered to be a safe dilution amount.
